Since I started meditating in 2012 I have been working to create an understanding of meditation that also fits with regular people, you do not have to be into yoga or spirituality to get the benefits of meditation. Meditation can bring calmness, clarity, inner strength, creativity, personal insight, presence and more. So say the wisdom of the East and the scientists of the West. It's truly for everyone, as long as you're curious about meditation and put in the time to practice.

I work with beginners who wants help, knowledge and support to get started with meditation, I also work with people already meditating who wants to deepen their meditation practice and understanding of meditation.

I can definitely recommend everyone to be guided by Niclas in meditation! I needed to be able to focus more, and rest more in myself, but I have got much more than that after our course of 3 times. From each time I, and people around me, could feel positive changes in my mood, energy and confidence. I have suffered from winter depression for the past several years, but after making meditation a part of my everyday life I have not experienced it. In addition, I feel a greater surplus for what I want to do. Social situations, both big and small, have also become easier to deal with, even though they have always caused me some anxiety.
