I can definitely recommend everyone to be guided by Niclas in meditation! I needed to be able to focus more, and rest more in myself, but I have got much more than that after our course of 3 times. From each time I, and people around me, could feel positive changes in my mood, energy and confidence. I have suffered from winter depression for the past several years, but after making meditation a part of my everyday life I have not experienced it. In addition, I feel a greater surplus for what I want to do. Social situations, both big and small, have also become easier to deal with, even though they have always caused me some anxiety. I think meditation is something that can definitely benefit everyone and Niclas is really good at understanding, listening and advising. His guidance and our joint meditations have really helped me and I can only thank him from the bottom of my heart for that!

Personal training, Line bille, age 29

I'm fairly new to a fitness centre, but I've already had the pleasure of training with Niclas Tonnesen. I was expecting to go through a workout where the breathing hit its limit and where I had to struggle to keep up with it all. But it soon turned out that Niclas had a different plan for the training. Instead of being pushed into exercises that I wasn't comfortable with yet or my fitness couldn't handle. So we focused on one exercise. Today's exercise was the deadlift. Niclas gave the exercise time and explanation, so the focus was on the very small movements. Which I could feel later has made a big difference. I can now increase the weight gradually without worrying if I'm straining in the wrong places. Niclas focused on my level and gave me the information, guidance and support I needed. And that gave me the desire to continue. And very sore legs So I am very happy that I got the opportunity to train with Niclas and would recommend him anytime.

 

Lifestyle change, Mads Andersen, Age 31

Once I realised that a fighting weight of around 140kg and a diet consisting mainly of crisps and cola was a blind and very short path, I knew all about how to change it: less food, more movement and make it a habit instead of a chore. That approach worked well for weight loss as I lost about 25 kg in just under two years, but it was extremely hard work.It wasn't until Niclas started jumping on my bike rides every now and then, and we had a lot of long talks about wellness, biology, and other training methods, that I understood how to make these changes a habit. He dragged me to a gym despite my many, long and unfounded protests. A few months later, I was there 6 days a week. He showed me how I could easily eat more food, a treat for my starving self, if only I ate right. 

It's been a little over 2 years since Niclas showed me the way and I can honestly say I haven't had a hard day since. I work out about 4 times a week and never have a hard time getting going. I'm eating a diet that is becoming more plant-based by the day - not as a result of planning, but pure desire - and I can feel how these small changes are having a positive impact on not only my energy levels, but also my mood and my attitude towards things. It's never been easier to be Mads. 

Niclas understood exactly how to handle me, what direction and where and when to push an old scavenger like me to form a better life for himself..

 

Circuit class training, Grethe MadseN, age 75

I go to a senior exercise class and I like to exercise. Unfortunately, not all trainers are equally good, but one day Niclas came, I remember asking him if it wasn't a pitiful sight with us old people, no he said, as long as you move. Then something happened in our team, Niclas had so many different and good exercises so I got sweat on my forehead, and really felt I was doing something. Especially the warm up we did it was just so good, felt like I got my whole body going. Niclas always showed us how to do the exercises first. Good for me. He was always in a good mood and ready with a funny line, we like that. I've been going to the gym for a few years and there has never been such a skilled trainer, everyone was so happy, we miss him like crazy, thanks for the time you were there. Regards Grethe


COmpany speak at Greenburger, Statement BY Mie GRæsvænge

We had Niclas visit our company, where he gave an exciting talk about plant-based diet and lifestyle. The lecture inspired the audience to think about their eating habits both in relation to their own health, but also the benefit it has for, among other things, the environment to choose a 100% plant-based lifestyle. Niclas is very good at involving the audience, so that you are involved all the way. There were also both funny stories and private stories, which made the lecture very present. I highly recommend contacting Niclas if you want a talk that will vividly inspire an audience to live a healthier lifestyle with a deeper perspective.
